Information for New Patients

AI notice

Our specialists are using an Australian-based, AI transcribing tool called Heidi to summarise your consultation. This reduces errors and expedites letters and plans to yourself, GPs, and other health professionals. Heidi is compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and does not store any audio data. Please let your doctor know if you would like to opt OUT of this.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  This will allow us to give your appointment to another patient waiting on our cancellation list. A late cancellation fee may be charged if you do not turn up to your appointment and you do not inform us one day prior to your appointment.

Please confirm your appointment ONE WEEK PRIOR by return email, SMS, or call our office on 6260 3796.
